Scope
We have been part of building Tiitu, an AI-powered mobile app developed by Kardemummo Oy for care staff. Tiitu is implemented in Flutter for Android and acts as a document knowledge base over the company’s internal information.
Technical solution
The solution uses a RAG architecture, LLMs, and document indexing so employees can ask natural-language questions about internal documents and get accurate answers quickly.
The service improves the discoverability of information and supports daily care work while respecting information-security and privacy considerations.
